When did I wake up and find FLOW?

Well, the 'flow' journey really started for me when I hit my 30's (post Saturn Return).

I had an ongoing hormonal imbalance which was frustrating the fuck out of me. Totally unexplainable from a medical point of view, apparently it was 'my norm'.

Luckily, I just knew my body was trying to teach me something and I didn't give up on myself, and accept pretty much constant bleeding!

It set me off down the path of alternative therapies and spiritual practices. Once I discovered this wonderful world, there was no looking back! I dived in head first and never came out. 

​

It started the important journey of trusting myself and my body to guide the way, and finding the courage again and again to keep following it one step at a time.

​

It's not been easy...but I wrote a book about it to make it more do-able!

​​

'Going with the flow' takes you out of your comfort zone, each cycle cracks you open a little more, and yes that is painful but necessary. 

​​

Before that, I had a life that looked very good 'on paper'....

​​

I was married to a lovely man, had my own business, a great work life/balance, home on the harbourside of Bristol, tonnes of holidays, beautiful cat but something wasn't quite right about it. 

​​

I was running on autopilot, following the deeply ingrained pattern of my family, until I had an astrology reading that woke me up! 

​​

It gave me permission to do what I WANTED to do and to stop doing what I thought I SHOULD be doing. 

​​

And I ran with it!!!

​​

Everything in my life fell down like a set of dominoes once I started being honest with myself and leaning into what I can now see was my spiritual awakening.
